Instructions for Presenters:

The location of the poster session is in the Quiet Study Area on the 1st floor of the Main Library.

Each poster display board will be marked with an individual number. To locate your assigned poster display, match the number in the attached document to the sign marked with your number at the top corner of the display boards. Pins will be provided.

Posters need to be pinned to the correct display board between 4:30-5:15pm. If you have a class at this time, please email us as soon as possible to make other arrangements.

Posters will remain on the display boards between 5:15-7:45pm, regardless of your session. Do not remove your poster until an announcement has been made.

In order to be considered for awards you must remain by your poster the entire 45 minutes of the session you are assigned.

Posters must be removed between 7:45 and 8:30pm.

Presenters are required to stay until 8:30pm to help clean-up the venue and to help re-arrange the furniture.

Awards will be announced via email the following day, and award winners will be recognized at the Celebration of Student Achievement Ceremony (April 10th 4:30pm in the Student Center, rm. 306ABC) where $100.00 Visa gift cards and a certificate will be given.

Please make sure you complete a survey before leaving the event so that we can continue to make this event better in the coming years.

*Only one poster is eligible for an award, despite multiple presenters.
